If you expect to be more than 15–20 minutes late, please contact me as soon as possible. If you do not arrive and do not notify me (no‑show), the session is non‑refundable and you may be placed on a waiting list for future bookings. 

All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your appointment or discontinue services at any time; however, no refunds will be issued once payment has been made.

You may reschedule your appointment within 24hrs, and your original payment will be credited toward the rescheduled session.
