Session Information

Each session is unique and tailored to you (or your group). A typical session looks like this: we meet on Zoom (or in person), and I connect to your energy body. I scan your aura and tune into your 12 core energy centers—often feeling them in my own body like a mirror—so I can identify what needs clearing, healing, strengthening, or activating. 

In some cases, we begin by clearing heavy or attached energies and repairing weak areas in the aura before activating any chakra energies. This creates a cleaner foundation so your system can receive the work more deeply.

Throughout the session, your body and energy field provide information. We ask questions, track what arises, and follow the signals we receive as I activate the energies needed in that moment. We shift into a relaxed, “super-conscious” state—calm, present, and receptive—so insight and healing can come through clearly. 

We’ll often explore the beliefs, perceptions, trauma responses, programs, and repeating patterns that have formed from your upbringing through today—and how they relate to your current situation. The session is part conversation, part deep relaxation. We may include gentle breathwork and guided meditation while I work with the energy in your system to help release what’s stuck and restore flow.

Depending on the service and time, we also focus on manifesting what you want for your highest good. You’ll leave with simple practices to help you stay aligned, focused, and connected to your soul and spirit between sessions. 

How many sessions do you need?

Some clients experience a major shift in one session and feel solid for 3, 6, 9, or even 12 months—because their system continues integrating the shift over time. Others benefit from a short series (often spaced 1–3 weeks apart) at the beginning, depending on what we’re working on. 

Integration matters (this is co-creation)

A lasting shift requires both of us. I do my part in the session, and you do your part afterward by making choices and taking actions that match your new baseline. If you don’t change the behaviors, environments, or decisions connected to the old pattern, the same program can re-form in a new way—which is just another form of self-sabotage. 

Think of it as an energy exchange: to shift your reality, something old usually has to be released—an identity, a habit, a belief, a coping pattern. The question is: what are you willing to let go of (beyond money) to become the version of you that matches the shift? 

For example, if someone wants support with weight loss but continues the same eating, movement, sleep, and recovery patterns without change, the result won’t hold. You are responsible for the choices that build your life—and the work is designed to support you in making those choices from a new state.
